i-dash was formed in 2001 as an IT Training Company, supplying a range of IT Training to blue chip companies. i-dash expanded into the software development arena writing a bespoke web application to link to a central EDI system for a leading supermarket supplier.

Late in 2002 i-dash started providing IT support and telephony services to a growing list of clients, ranging from sole traders to public companies and government agencies.

Through the success and the professional provision of IT and Telephony support i-dash began to provide quality data connection services. Together with Axis Communications we are proud that i-dash became the first company to successfully develop and operate a live web feed from the Chelsea Flower show. The resulting website received over 400,000 hits per day.

In 2004 i-dash became Microsoft Registered Partners, training, re-selling and supporting Microsoft products and services. i-dash became OFCOM registered and an accredited reseller and system integrator of i-telephony solutions. After extensive research into IP communications, i-dash began to specialise in the wide range of Splicecom telephony systems.

In 2006 i-dash developed hosting services and web development capabilities so our clients could feel safe in the knowledge that their data was located in a secure UK based datacentre. Web design and development is so personal to every customer that we work with we make sure that we leave the customer extremely happy and trustworthy due to our impressive capabilities.

In 2007 i-dash began recommending the best technological products in the market place due to the amount of customers so pleased with our knowledge and business specific tailoring we practice with all of our customers. i-dash became partners with hardware suppliers Dell and HP. Also partnering with SAGE, WatchGuard and Gold Partners with AVG has allowed a greater understanding of each of these companies and their individual specialities. All of these products are being used in-house and by many of our customers.

We are proud to announce that from 2008 to present we are certified Microsoft Gold Partners to ensure our clients receive the best levels of support. Our support team all have credentials awarded by Microsoft and are considered as experts in these fields.

Due to the relationships with our customers being based on trust and loyalty, a high demand for mobile phones has allowed i-dash to become a true one-stop-shop for all business needs. From 2009 i-dash are qualified suppliers for O2, Orange and Three mobile networks. This allows us to provide a complete mobile data solution including Blackberry, Microsoft active synchronisation and many more models.

We have most recently investigated the latest state of the art Video Conferencing units in order to save our customers even more money regarding travel costs, time and are the most environmentally friendly solution for face-to-face connections. This has been managed through the development and re-selling of in-house video conferencing units.
