"We have been using i-Dash now since 2003, we only had pc support with them originally but over the years we have moved the telephone system, Broadband/Emails and full off site backup in to their capable hands. They have now installed two new full server installations that went smoothly without any major problems, if a problem did arise it was identified and fixed instantly, they have some very highly qualified Microsoft Engineers that never get fazed, which gives me great confidence in them. When I invited them to tender for the telecommunications side of the business, they were more than competitive with the price, but what i-Dash mentioned that no other company did was that they could set us up for free voice calls between our two sites, this alone has saved us a fortune. As to date i-Dash manage our Telephone lines, Broadband, Email server, web site, plus help with any PC issues that may arise. Over the years I have found everyone a pleasure to talk to and do business with; it’s no surprise that you have gone from strength to strength. Please let all you staff know how appreciative we are.
