4 + 4 Hardware Support
Your Servers and networking equipment, with its hardware configuration, will be covered under our premium i-Support package and includes an engineer on site with a replacement part or guaranteed loan unit within 4 hours of the call being placed, if a fix is not initiated within a further 4 hours the replacement equipment will be installed. As network uptime is paramount, data restoration from backup and OS re-load is covered.
